The Circle has different levels to reflect different roles and stages of the journey.

Mini Muse

For athletes at the beginning of their cheer journey. Big effort. Big heart. Big potential.

Receives: an exclusive Mini Ambassador Bow (Circle-only)

Elite Icon

For athletes competing at high levels and recognised for consistency, work ethic, and presence.

Receives: an exclusive All Star Ambassador Bow (Circle-only)

Legacy Leader

For captains and senior athletes who lead by example and raise standards for others.

Receives: an exclusive Worlds Elite Ambassador Bow (Circle-only)

Coach Circle

For coaches and programme leaders building culture, confidence and commitment every day.

Receives: an exclusive Kate Bow Ambassador Bag Bow (Circle-only)

 

How selection works

We don’t choose based on follower counts.

We choose based on alignment.

We look for:

Effort and consistency

Team spirit and positive leadership

Pride in the sport and respect for others

Athletes and coaches who lift people up and bring the standard

 

Applications are reviewed in small batches to keep the Circle meaningful.

How the programme works

Once accepted, Circle members receive:

A personal welcome message + assigned Circle level

Digital badge + stickers

Access details for early ordering + Circle updates

Your Circle tee and your exclusive item (bow or bow bag)

 

Members are encouraged to tag Kate Bow naturally during:

Training days

Competition prep

Travel days

Team moments

Wins (and the hard days too)

This is about representing cheer the right way — not forced promotion.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have a big following?

No. We’re looking for how you show up, not your numbers.

Do ambassadors have to post a certain amount?

No. There are no posting quotas. We want it to be natural and aligned.

Can parents apply for athletes?

Yes — especially for Mini Muse athletes. Applications can be completed with parent support.

How do discounts work?

Circle members receive exclusive discounts on selected pieces. These are designed to reward loyalty without reducing the value of Kate Bow core collections.

Can my team or coach apply?

Yes. Coaches and programme leaders can apply through the Coach Circle.
