STANDARD ITEMS
For eligible non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
CUSTOM & TEAM ORDERS
All custom, personalised, or team orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist promptly.
